If you wanted to find someone to tell you how to spend your marketing budget, you don't need an expert. Unfortunately, that is about all that most "marketing professional" really know how to do.
They have never actually ran a real business of their own - just been to school (or not) so they could discover as many ways as possible to sell you advertising services.
... and advertising is expensive.
My guess is that you would be more interested in learning how to market your business, and especially learning what type(s) of marketing really works.
